PRINTMAKING
Monotypes ……in a mixed media style

My original one-of-a-kind mixed media monotype work often contains photo fragments, yarns, threads, pages from an old Chinese shipping log, candy wrapper foil, encaustic scrap pieces, fabrics, dried plant parts, my own handmade paper………& other unusual bits and pieces.

Using printmakers inks and fine printmaking papers, with the above odds and ends that you bring and that I provide, you can create several colorful works in various sizes.

Here’s a chance for you to do some mixed media work on a large press in a safe and solvent free small group setting. No prior painting or printmaking experience needed - paper & inks provided for use during class.

Rather than setting up schedules, you choose the best times available for you.
