Last year I finally
realized (and openly admitted!) that my studio was
messy and cluttered, and that prompted me to think
about clearing out a lot of things I wasn't using
- giving loads to SCRAP, gallons of old paint to the
City's re-use program, clearing and cleaning. And
now the studio is painted BRIGHT WHITE
top to bottom, and the best of the equipment and supplies
are more accessible, more useable.
And we are
ready for making art and doing classes.
FOGBELT has been a
working studio since the mid 1980s, and has held classes
continuously since April 1996. Many artists have produced
lots of wonderful work here, and folks new to exploring
their creativity have flourished here. I am grateful
to all of them and am very grateful for having this
old house - garage space - to teach in and do my own
art.
I'll be teaching the
following scheduled classes for adults & mature teens
March through October this year: Alternative
Photography/Cyanotype, Printmaking, and Papermaking
